We’ve recently made some updates to the Fera.ai Dashboard. The data tab is probably where you’ll notice the biggest changes. We re-structured it so that it contains the data for ‘Shoppers’, ‘Orders’, ‘Products’ and ‘Social Proof Events’.
The Shopper tab contains information about what your shoppers have been doing on your site. Here you can see their name (if they’ve made a purchase-otherwise it says ‘anonymous shopper’), where they’re located (city, province/state, country), their last activity, when they were last seen, the number of events (how many times Fera notifications were interacted with), and any learned behaviours. If you click on the learned behaviour you’ll be redirected to the ‘Learning Tab’ to see more information. If you click on the Shopper’s name, you’ll open to a page that shows you more information on that specific shopper. On the second screen you’ll get data like: total spend, likelihood to buy (this shows items they’ve looked at or are likely to buy based on previous purchases), and a timeline of their activity on your site and interactions with Fera skills.
This section lists all the orders that you’ve recently received and what happened before the order was placed. It gives you 3 boxes of quick data on revenue gained in the past 30 days by using Fera.ai, the number of times during the month that skills ran, and the number of products ordered and added to cart in the last 30 days. Below this the list shows the order number, the shopper name, how Fera.ai helped influence the sale (if it did), when the order occurred, and the total (in USD) of the order. If you click on the name of the shopper who completed the order it will take you to their Shopper View (in the above ‘Shopper View’ image) and you can see their journey around your site.
Clicking on the Order # takes you to a more detailed page with further information on that specific order, just like in the image below:
Clicking on the skill that the customer engaged with lets you edit that specific skill if you want to.
The Products Tab lets you view all of the items that you have on your site. You also have the ability to search products using the search bar function at the top of the Product page. You’ll see the ID number of the product, the name and URL of the product, a small image of it, the price, stock level, inventory policy, if stock is managed, if the product is in stock, if it is hidden, if it has tags (like sale), you can click the link to see the product’s variants, see when the product was created, as well as when it was updated. This looks like this:
Clicking on the item name takes you the page URL that the item is on on your store. Clicking on the ‘show variants’ option opens up a small box to show information regarding the variants of that product.
Social Proof Events
This section shows you a list of all the most recent social proof events recorded by Fera.ai. Here you can delete any events you don’t want to appear on your site, or you can edit the name of the shopper. This is helpful if you’ve been testing, if someone requests there order to be removed, or if someone uses a fake or weird name to make purchases and you don’t want it live on your site. You have the ability to search through social proof events as well using the search bar function. Using the checkboxes and the delete button allows you to remove the events. Hovering next to their name with your mouse unveils a little pencil ‘edit’ button that will let you edit the name.
