What’s new in the Fera.ai App?
Some new changes in the dashboard
We’ve made some new minor updates to the look and feel of the Fera.ai Dashboard. You may have seen them if you’ve logged into the app recently. They do not change the way the app works or how any of the skills run, they’ve just organized things a bit better and given you more data to look at and use.
Previously when you clicked on the ‘Skills’ button it would take you to a screen showing you all the current skills you had running on your eCommerce site. In this view you’d be able to toggle between ‘Running’, ‘Testing’ (If you had an AB test running) ‘Draft’ and ‘Inactive’. With the new drop-down menu under the Skills Tab you can easily navigate to these 4 sections by clicking on the header.
The toggle menu for skills let’s you look at all skills from: all time, this year, this month, or today.
The help button is now located in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. When you click on the ‘?’ icon you have the option to go to the ‘Help Documents’ page or the ‘Developer Documents’ page on the Fera.ai website, or if you know the topic you want help with you can search the knowledge database with the search bar.
The Learning tab contains learnd behaviours from your customers or visitors to your site. This includes information on shoppers that abadoned their carts, ordered 2+ times, or returned after 24 hours. It also lets you know if the customer used Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter.
The data tab is probably where you’ll notice the biggest changes. It has been re-structured so that the dropdown options are ‘Shoppers’, ‘Orders’, ‘Products’ and ‘Social Proof Events’. This tab contains helpful data for you to better understand your customers and track their learned behaviours. It lets you see how Fera.ai is helping on your store and will give you further information on areas you can improve on.
