I say if anyone is on the fence, just get it and try it. Now starting at level 3 may not be for everyone but work up to it. You won't regret it! AWESOME product!
It’s 3 adjustable positions, gently coax your lumbar spine into gently relaxing into a normal curvature, which relieves pain and corrects posture.
When fastened to the back of a chair, with the included strap, it keeps your spine in that normal curve, if you position the device in the #1 position.
The more advanced level # 2&3, are for floor stretches.. these will provide excellent lumbar stretches, however, don’t be too quick to try them, or advance to them.
Start off in the #1 position, you might find that is enough for you.
Do what feels good, and as always, consult your Dr. before starting any exercise program.
I don't like my carpet so I don't like laying on it in any form, so I haven't used this daily. But the times that I have used it, I notice I have less pain the next day when I wake up. Sometimes, I have NO pain at all. I can't say that it relives pain on the spot; sometimes it lessens it, other times I don't notice any difference. But, It's affordable; I say TRY IT. You have nothing to lose but your back pain!

Are Happylada's reviews fake?
It doesn't look like it. The reviews listed are confirmed by Fera to be from real customers of the store. It would be not easy for the store to fake so many reviews and get away with it.
As long as you see the Fera verification icon ( ) on the review you can rest assured the review is not fake.
Are Happylada's shopper events real?
Yes, but make sure you see the "verified by Fera" badge on the events. Assuming you do then they must be real because it means that we (Fera) have checked the source of the events and made sure that an actual shopper/customer performed those actions.
Unfortunately there are a lot of unethical stores that show you fake shopper events, but as long as you see the Fera verification badge ( ) then you they're not doing this
