Find Your Highest-Rated Products
You can now sort by product rating and find all of your top-rated products on your store. This will help you advance even further by promoting products that people really love.
And, if you want to find products with a specific average rating, then just use the filters. For instance, you can find all of your 5-star or 4-star rated products in just one click.
Find Your Lowest-Rated Products
You can also use the filters to find your lowest-rated products - just select 1 or 2 star average rating. This will help you focusing on improving any flaws and making things right for your customers.
See Customer Reviews/Photos/Videos For A Product
By using the new product detail page, you will be able to see all of your reviews and customer photos & videos in a single place - without having to leave Fera and looking at your storefront widgets.
Not only will this give you a detailed preview of your product's insights, but it will also make things more convenient for you.
Quick Review Link For Products
You can easily copy a review request link from a product and send it over to any customer. Just click on the “3-dots” and select “Copy Quick Review Link.”
You can send this link directly to email messages, share it on your social media, or even send it in direct messages. The possibilities are endless.
