What is Ferify?
Ferify is automated review moderation built directly into Fera. It uses AI to analyze each new review and determine whether it should be approved automatically.
If you’ve ever wished you could skip manually checking every review, Ferify is here to help. Think of it as a smart assistant that saves you time while keeping your reviews high-quality.
How Ferify Works
Once enabled, Ferify will automatically analyze each review submitted by your customers and determine whether it should be approved or not. This means you can spend less time manually moderating reviews while still ensuring that your store only displays high-quality, trustworthy feedback.
By default:
- Positive reviews are moderated immediately
- Negative reviews are moderated after 14 days
- Reviews with photos or videos are moderated after 1 day
Every AI-moderated review is also tracked in the Review History tab, so you always know what was moderated and when.
Configurable Auto-Moderation Settings
Ferify gives you full control over how automation works. You can adjust the wait time before Ferfiy attempts to moderate a review for three types of submissions:
- Positive Reviews
- Negative Reviews
- Reviews with Photos or Videos
With Ferify, reviews are screened instantly before they appear, preventing problems before they reach your site. Spam, off-topic, or low-quality submissions are automatically removed, while only genuine and relevant reviews go live, showing shoppers that your brand is reliable and authentic, without any manual work.
