The new submission previewer lets you see exactly how review submissions will look before they go live. It also helps you track changes more clearly, making it easier to manage updates and ensure everything is set up correctly.
You can find the submission preview in your submission settings before you publish or update your changes, making it easier to review everything in advance.
2. Quick & Easy Review Search
You can now use the search bar inside the reviews widget to quickly find specific reviews and feedback related to products or customer experiences. This makes it much easier to locate relevant information without scrolling through all reviews manually.
It also helps your customers when they search for specific products or experiences, so they can quickly find the reviews they care about.
3. Improved Email Performance
You can now disable tracked links to improve email deliverability and overall performance, helping your emails reach customers more reliably and faster.

4. Clear Review Source Visibility
You can easily see whether each review came from SMS or email using new icons in the dashboard. This gives you a clearer view of where your reviews are coming from and helps you better understand your review sources at a glance.
